Kosovo Accreditation Directorate besides other activities, through which not only contributes directly to the establishment of quality infrastructure, its implementation and maintenance, but also does promote the importance of accreditation, has also organized today an occasional event in the hall of IPAK, MTI for the purpose of marking the World Day of Accreditation. The event was attended by the quality infrastructure advisor of the MTI Mrs. Teuta Luboteni, then representatives of the standardization, Metrology, business representatives, representatives of Conformity Assessment Bodies etc. The audience was addressed by the minister advisor Mrs. Teuta Luboteni who welcomed the participants and spoke about the establishment and functioning of the Directorate of Accreditation, achievements and also future plans of DAK. Meanwhile the director of DAK Mr. Ibush Luzha made a presentation about DAKs work until now and its contribution in terms of setting up the quality infrastructure, its implementation and maintenance. In order to promote the accreditation the motto of this meeting was: “One test, one certification, one accreditation” or ˶A product tested once, accepted everywhere”. Attendants had the opportunity to watch a short video prepared by IAF/ILAC, whose aim is the promotion of World Accreditation Day.
